Please see the "Dress Code" tab on the website menu.
Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Weather-permitting, our ceremony will take place outside on the patio.
Immediately following the ceremony, the cocktail hour, dinner & dancing will be held inside.
Are children allowed?
We have decided to keep our wedding/reception an adults-only event (no children under 15).
We are grateful for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!
Can I bring a date or plus-one?
Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation (and shown when you RSVP) and cannot provide for any unexpected guests.
Thank you for understanding. Please reach out if you have any questions.
HOW CAN I RSVP?
Please click the "RSVP" tab on the website menu. You will be prompted to enter your name and from there you will be able to RSVP for everyone included on your invitation.
WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Please plan on arriving no later than 6:00 pm as the ceremony will begin shortly thereafter.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
If you plan on staying at one of the two hotels where we have
blocked off rooms for our guests (see "Hotels" tab), a shuttle will be provided.
The shuttle will take guests from the hotel to Coveleigh Club
then back again to the hotel at the end of the night.
*Please refer back to our website, closer to the wedding, for more information on the shuttle schedule.* (see "Transportation" tab)
IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE CLUB?
Yes. Valet parking will be provided at the main entrance to Coveleigh Club.
ARE YOU PLANNING ON HAVING AN AFTER-PARTY?
YES!! All are welcome to stay at Coveleigh and dance the night away
with us from 12:00 am through 2:00 am.
At 2:00 am a shuttle will be provided to take guests from Coveleigh back
to the hotels where we have blocked off rooms.
If you drive, please consider a DD or hire an Uber or Lyft to take you home.
What can I expect?
Our wedding will be a blend of two different cultures, and two different languages. Much of the ceremony and reception will be bilingual, and the reception will alternate between English music and Spanish music. Don't worry if you don't know some of the traditions, songs, dances, or languages - come participate and join us in dancing the night away!
